Commencing this exquisite series, Michelin Chef Marcelo Fukuya will bring the essence of authentic Japanese cuisine to Round Hill during the Thanksgiving weekend, November 28-30, 2024. Michelin-Star Chef Theodor Falser to Grace Round Hill – Easter 2025
Continuing the series, Chef de Cuisine Theodor Falser, acclaimed for his innovative “Taste Nature” concept at the Michelin-starred Johannesstube, will grace Round Hill with his exceptional talents from April 18-20, 2025. Chef Falser’s philosophy emphasizes high-quality, regional ingredients, reflecting his profound appreciation for nature and the rich traditions of his winemaking family.
Round Hill guests will have the opportunity to witness the chef’s cooking firsthand with a variety of events, including:
- April 18 – An evening of culinary discovery
Chef Falser will unveil his culinary artistry focusing on Asian flavors in a unique cooking demonstration, giving guests firsthand insights into his creative process. The evening will conclude with a delightful selection of canapés and cocktails.
- April 19 – A symphony of Italian flavors
Guests will be presented with a five-course Italian tasting dinner menu meticulously crafted by Chef Falser. This intimate dining experience will showcase his innovative take on classic Italian cuisine, using the freshest seasonal ingredients to create a symphony of flavors.
- April 20 – Easter brunch with a Michelin star touch

A portion of the proceeds from the events will be donated to Hanover Charities, a charitable organization based in Hanover, Jamaica, dedicated to improving education, health, and community development for residents of Hanover Parish.
