Round Hill Hotel Policies
- A service charge of 15% is added to your bill and distributed amongst the entire staff. You are welcome to provide additional gratuities at your discretion to any staff member who provides exceptional service.
- A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to confirm your reservation. Special advance purchase rates require full prepayment at the time of reservation.
- Full payment of the balance for your accommodation is due at check-in.
- In order to avoid forfeiture of deposits, please note the following cancellation policies. (Does not apply to special advance purchase rates that require full prepayment and are non-refundable).
- Christmas/New Year: December 18, 2023 to January 3, 2024
- Christmas/New Year cancellations made after October 31, 2022 will attract penalty of full stay.
- Winter: January 4 - April 15, 2023
- Winter cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival of guests will incur a 100% penalty.
- Fall: November 1 - Dec 16, 2023
- Fall cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the arrival of guests will incur a 100% penalty.
- Summer: April 16 to October 31, 2023
- Summer cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival of guest will attract 100% penalty
